Today I'm making lemon balm tea and I came across this interesting article about how lemon balm aids in sleep. The past two nights in a row brought almost no sleep. I've had chronic insomnia attacks that come and go for the past six years. My insomnia is caused by neurological damage, not a restless mind. I'm eager to see if the tea helps. I'll let you know.
