10 Italian Habits That Changed My Hormones, Skin, and Sanity



This post is similar to my last one. Being more mindful of how I eat is something I've been trying to do. I often eat while standing, and I don't chew eat bite as many times as I should, and I don't put my fork down between bites, and I often do other things while eating. I'm breaking all the rules according to this gal. 

There is a way of living that makes life more enjoyable and less stressful. The choices we make affect our emotions and health, among other things. It's all about being mindful of our daily choices.
