Faith plays a significant role in helping people maintain a healthy weight. You don't have to spend thousands of dollars on advertised weight loss plans. Invite God into your eating habits and watch the weight fall off. I did this myself and it works. The book that inspired me is Made to Crave by Lysa Terkeurst.
