Belly Fat, Metabolism & The Real Cause of Weight Gain | @drashleylucas


It's one of the most requested topics...how to lose weight. Obesity is linked to a variety of diseases and poor mental health. The type of foods you eat and hormones play a part in losing weight. High fasting insulin levels and cortisol also make a difference. 

Many of us consume too many carbohydrates and too much sugar. And a low-fat diet does not always bring results. Lack of sleep and stress can play a part in weight gain. 

This can all sound overwhelming, but the more we understand the causes of weight gain, the better we become at fighting this battle.
