How to Fake Your Own Buttermilk (a cheat)

Good article for bakers. I freeze leftover buttermilk in ice cube trays so it doesn't go to waste when I only need one cup. I put the frozen cubes in a ziploc bag. Buttermilk is usually sold by the quart and I've many times wasted the leftovers until I realized I could freeze the stuff.
