Only a coward without muscles would feel the need to tase a 12-year-old girl. This is happening more and more as police overstep their boundaries. If I were a police officer, I would be embarrassed if I tased a young girl. But police defend their actions in such situations, which clearly sends the message that police can do whatever they want regardless of the circumstances.
